“Love one another as I have loved you.”

prayer
“I am she who is not, but You are He who Is.”
-St. Catherine of Siena
Jesus says in Scripture that “without Me you can do nothing.” When we remain in God’s Love, we become overflowing vessels of that Love.. At the heart of the mission is, first and foremost, an intimate relationship with the Most Holy Trinity, rooted and grounded in prayer. It is in this personal relationship with God that we become like Him and are filled with His grace to work alongside Him for His Kingdom.
From this understanding, Sarina lives both a contemplative life of prayer, while actively serving the Church on mission. Each week, she takes a day to rest in the Heart of Jesus, listen to His Word, and offer prayer and penance on behalf of His people. In day-to-day life, she prays the Divine Office, daily rosary, Mass, and Holy Hour in front of the Blessed Sacrament.
From this relationship flows a deep love to offer intercession on behalf of God’s Church and His people. Sarina does this through intercessory prayer groups in parishes, Christian leadership groups across the state of Nebraska, and small group gatherings in her home chapel amongst friends on fire for renewal.
“Being so affectionately desirous of you, we longed to share not only the Gospel but our very selves because you had become so dear to us.”
-1 Thessalonians 2:8
spiritual accompaniment
We are all on a journey towards Heaven, our Heavenly Homeland. Spiritual accompaniment is for any young woman who is desiring someone to walk with them on their pilgrimage to Heaven in holiness, friendship, and freedom. It is a beautiful relationship that strengthens the other in prayer, a life of virtue, and a space to share in both the joys and sorrows that life brings.
Spiritual accompaniment is essentially the discipleship that Jesus lived out amongst His 12 Apostles. In the Gospels, we hear of Jesus forming them in prayer and right relationship with His Father. He encouraged them, wept with them, ate with them, and shared life with them. Sarina primarily accompanies young adult women who desire to grow more intentionally in their relationship with God and a sister to accompany them on the road to mercy, freedom, and abundant joy with Jesus Christ.
retreats
“After He had dismissed the crowds, He went up into the hills by Himself to pray.”
-Matthew 14:23
Just as Jesus would depart from the crowd to be with His Father, we are also called to set aside that time to be with Him as well. Retreats allow us to rest in the Heart of Jesus and be renewed in His love. Going on retreat provides a space for the Holy Spirit to speak in the quiet of your soul and encounter the Most Holy Trinity in prayer.
Sarina helps in retreat ministry by offering to speak at events / retreats, serving on prayer teams, music ministry and Private Directed Retreats. Please, reach out to Sarina to learn more about pricing and travel costs.

pilgrimages
“Blessed are those whose strength is in You, in whose heart are pilgrim roads.”
-Psalm 84:5
Pilgrimage is a time to seek the face of God, seek His blessing, and seek His peace at sights touched by holy people, dwelling places permeated with His presence, and monuments that promise miracles. The beauty of pilgrimage is that it lifts the veil that Heaven is closer than we think and the true journey is to return back to our Homeland, God’s Kingdom. It is a space in which Heaven is brought to earth. These journeys unite us with the Pilgrim Christ who left Heaven to journey into the hearts of mankind and bring them back Home to the Father.
Even though we are on all on this pilgrimage back Home, in the Gospels, Jesus promises to all of us that He “ will come to him and make our home with him.” Therefore, Heaven, our Home, is a reality that lives within us and all we have to do is say yes to take the plunge deeper into our hearts with God.
Having gone on many pilgrimages herself, Sarina leads trips for small groups of young adult women. With personal connections to religious orders, organizations, and holy sites all across Europe, Sarina is able to help lead people in the simple art of pilgrimage and provide the space for the deeper, intimate journey of the heart to take place in prayer. During these trips, women will not only experience the veil being lifted between Heaven and earth, but they will also be invited into formative talks, personal time of prayer / reflection, and opportunities to encounter God’s people / creation in the culture around them.
